We don’t have the side seat installed yet because the company that sells it never got back to me. In talking to the people that would actually install it, they don’t have good things to say about the company behind it. They say it is a GREAT product from a cruddy company. I HOPE we can get something in soon though because I am doing the lifting to transfer him now and he is getting BIG at 6 foot.

The trunk is very wide but not very tall so I am not sure. Carters manual chair fits in without having to be broken down but just barely. He has 22 inch wheels. He has a low back which goes about halfway up his back.

The best advice I have is to see if the dealer will let you take one home overnight. That is how we decided. We needed to be able to test things out in the privacy of our own garage.

And I highly doubt that any state or federal authorities would ever get involved unless there were true and documented instances of unethical behavior on the part of a blogger holding giveaways.

As far as future laws governing online giveaways, I’d also have to imagine they wouldn’t regulate giveaways with prizes valued under a certain amount. That would certainly give most blogs out there the freedom to host legitimate giveaways without fear that they didn’t do everything “perfectly.”

I don’t think any of these things should seriously concern bloggers who host giveaways. When the intention is good, they set forth clear rules, don’t require expenditure of considerable time or effort, and follow through with sending off the prize to a winner picked at random – what’s the problem?
