I keep deleting & rewriting this comment. It just won't behave and come out right.

My trials & tribulations are just my path to walk. But that's living isn't it?

We all find our inspirations in many places. You are one of mine. ((hug))

Yes, that speaks to me as well. I have had my share of downs too and, when I look back, I can see how the pain made me stronger, more focused and brought me closer to the real me. I can't say that I look forward to a trial but, I can say that I am not as afraid...

I love her insight. So glad you shared it. Kind of like, "When life hands you lemons, make lemonade," but much more eloquent.

Admittedly, I have days, like today in fact, when I feel sorry for myself and shed a few tears. But then I shake it off and remind myself of all the blessings in my life too. I think of those whose struggles make mine look like teeny-tiny potatoes and I remember that God is in charge and I don't know the plans he has for me and my family in the future. Keeping my perception in check and enjoying life instead of indulging in the occasional pity-party does go a long way.

Thanks for sharing!
