Not Me Monday…

I have never been a big participator in other blog carnivals but this one started by MckMama always cracks me up. So, I am going to give it a try this week, and maybe get in the swing of doing it every now and then. Who knows with me? I am a blogging commitaphobe.
The concept is simple: it is a post about things I did not do this week (or did I???). It is meant to be humorous, sarcastic and sometimes snarky. Hmmmm, sounds like the perfect post for me! So, here I go. If you like it, say so and maybe you will encourage me to do more of them.
This week has been full of “not me” moments. For example, it was not me that acted like a 10 year old texting her former student to rub in the fact that the Nuggets beat the Lakers Thursday. That would be a ridiculous way for a grown up to act and, therefore, was so not me.
It was not me who freaked out Sunday morning when Bob wanted to clear the driveway of snow right as the Bronco’s game started. Seriously, that is what DVR is for so clearly that would not have been me.
That was not me who stayed up all night trying to put a business plan together. I mean, really, we all know I have no idea what a business plan even is so that could never have been me.
It was not me who paid $10 to valet my car at Morton’s cause I was too ditzy to figure out the pay station at Union Square. I mean, come on, I would have to be an idiot to not know how to do that, right?
and it most certainly was not me who spent one whole day in my pj’s catching up on all my DVR’d shows. Nope, not me.
and ps….it was absolutely not me who posted Not Me Monday on Sunday. Geez, are you crazy!??!
