The monthly Red Rock Star Party will be held this Saturday, 20 Oct.
The presentation “Wonders of the Milky Way” will begin at 6:00 p.m. in
the Visitor Center followed by telescope viewing, weather permitting.
The event is free and open to the public. Students are especially
welcome. Members setting up scopes are asked to park vehicles in the
visitor parking lot after setup. Handicapped members and those needing
car battery power may use handicapped parking. Entrance gates close at
6:30 p.m.
